How it works

Selling records to Vinool is very easy.

• Get our offer:
  • Enter an artist and/or a title into the input field on the home page.
  • Add the item(s) you wish to sell to your cart by clicking the "+" button. If you didn't find the item, you might try our extended search.
• Check your cart:
  • When you are done, check your cart by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner. Click here to check your current cart.
  • You may remove an item from the cart by clicking the red button in the corresponding line.
  • You may also add further items to the cart.
  • Please make sure that all items in your cart meet our condition requirements. Click here to read our condition requirements.
• Complete the sale:
  • When your cart is fine and your cart sum exceeds €10.00, click the 'Complete sale' button.
  • Follow the instructions that guide you through the next three steps: Select a payment method, select a shipping method, and confirm that the sale details are correct.
• Packing and shipping:
  • Print the delivery note and put it into the parcel.
  • Pack the parcel. Please read our packing instructions carefully.
  • We cover the shipping fees for you.*
  • If you chose DHL as parcel service, request a DHL return label for free (for customers from Germany, Austria and the Netherlands only). After printing, please affix the DHL return label to the parcel.
  • If you chose a different parcel service, affix a stamp to the parcel and post it to the following address: Vinool / Sahin Cakmak e. K., Speckenbeker Weg 130, 24113 Kiel, Germany
• Receive our payment within two working days after receipt of your shipment.
