When completing your sale, you may choose between two shipping methods: shipping by our service partner DHL or shipping by a parcel service of your choice.

DHL

Choosing our service partner DHL, we cover the shipping fees for parcels with a valid DHL return label. Return labels are available for customers from Germany, Austria and the Netherlands only.

Parcel service of your choice

Customers using a different parcel service receive a fixed shipping cost compensation of €5.00. Note that we do not compensate the shipping fees for parcels having no valid shipment tracking code.
